Our A Day Out with Friends workshop is designed for those who want to create lasting memories in a fun and creative setting. This is your chance to bond with your friends, crafting something special together that you can cherish forever.

In our welcoming studio, you and your friends will have the perfect space to laugh, connect, and make something meaningful. It doesn’t matter how far life may take you from each other—these handcrafted memories will always remind you of the bond you share.

Important Note: If you’d like to craft additional items with your friends, the charge will be half of the workshop price, including two firings and painting.

Workshop Process

Step 1

We’ll guide you in crafting a unique piece of pottery, perfect for capturing the essence of your friendship. It’s not about perfection; it’s about the joy of creating together.

Step 2

Once your pieces are complete, they’ll need to stay with us for 3 weeks for drying and bisque firing.

Step 3

After the first firing, you’ll be invited back for a fun painting session. Once glazed, your pieces will undergo a second firing (this takes about 1-2 weeks).

Step 4

Your friendship-inspired creations are ready for collection! You can pick them up from the studio or use Careem pick-up services.

FAQ

Can my 6-year-old try the pottery wheel?

No, due to safety concerns, we do not allow children of that age to use the pottery wheel. Our workshops are designed for older participants who can safely handle the equipment.

Can I take my piece home on the same day?

Unfortunately, no. It typically takes 1-2 weeks for us to dry and bisque fire your pieces. After that, you’ll need to return for the glazing session. If time constraints prevent you from attending the glazing session, we can apply a transparent glaze to your pieces to make them shiny and food-safe. Once they’re ready, you can collect them from our studio.

Do you offer discounts for Essad, Fazza, or Emirates Platinum cards?

Currently, we don’t have specific offers for Emirates Platinum Card, Essad, or Fazza members as we are a new studio. However, we’re in the process of working with banks to bring you some fantastic deals soon! Your support means a lot to us, and we can’t wait to share exciting offers with you in the near future.

Do you provide home delivery for the final artwork?

We do not offer home delivery services for the final artwork. However, you are welcome to collect your pieces from our studio once they are ready.

Can I keep my artwork at your studio for a longer period if I'm out of town?

Yes, we can accommodate that. We’ll keep your pieces here for a maximum of two months. After that, there will be an additional charge of AED 1 dirham for storage fees.

Would you accept toddlers while I'm attending the workshop?

Yes, you can bring your toddler to the studio, provided that there is someone available to take care of them during the workshop.

1. Clay Provision Participants will be provided with 400 grams of clay included in the workshop fee. This amount is sufficient for creating small to medium-sized pottery items.


2. Additional Clay and Items Any additional clay required beyond the initial 400 grams will be chargeable at the studio's current rates. Preparation of additional items will cost AED 130 per item, which includes clay, tools, and firing.


3. Workshop Duration Each workshop session lasts for 1.5 hours. Participants are encouraged to arrive on time to make the most of their session.


4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule the session.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop.


5. Rescheduling Participants may reschedule their workshop session with at least 24 hours' notice. Availability will be subject to the studio’s schedule.


6. Specific Design Requests If participants have any specific designs in mind that may require advanced techniques, a separate day will need to be arranged. All our workshops are tailored for beginners, and teaching advanced-level techniques requires special attention and time, making it difficult to incorporate into regular workshops.


7. Acceptance of Terms By registering for the workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
