Looking for a fun and creative way to keep your kids entertained? Our Kids’ Design Your Own Super Cool Mug Workshop is the perfect chance for them to craft a mug that’s uniquely theirs. Picture them enjoying their favorite drinks from a mug they designed and created themselves—how cool is that?

In our inviting and friendly studio, children will dive into their imaginations to make their own custom mugs.

Important Note: If your child wants to make an additional mug, the cost will be half of the original workshop price per extra piece, including all firings and painting.

Workshop Highlights

Crafting

We’ll introduce your child to the basics of pottery, guiding them as they shape their own ceramic mug. This session is all about fun, creativity, and getting their hands a little dirty. Their mug will need to stay with us for about 3 weeks for drying and bisque firing to get it ready for use.

Painting Session

Once their mug is fired, we’ll invite them back for a colorful painting session. They can personalize their mug with their favorite designs and colors. After glazing, the mug will undergo a final firing (which takes around 1-2 weeks) to make sure it’s just right for their next drink.

Collection

When their custom mug is complete, you can pick it up from our studio or choose Careem pick-up for added convenience.

FAQ

Can we take our piece home on the same day?

Unfortunately, no. It typically takes 1-2 weeks for us to dry and bisque fire your pieces. After that, you’ll need to return for the glazing session. If time constraints prevent you from attending the glazing session, we can apply a transparent glaze to your pieces to make them shiny and food-safe. Once they’re ready, you can collect them from our studio.

Do you offer discounts for Essad, Fazza, or Emirates Platinum cards?

Currently, we don’t have specific offers for Emirates Platinum Card, Essad, or Fazza members as we are a new studio. However, we’re in the process of working with banks to bring you some fantastic deals soon! Your support means a lot to us, and we can’t wait to share exciting offers with you in the near future.

Do you provide home delivery for the final artwork?

We do not offer home delivery services for the final artwork. However, you are welcome to collect your pieces from our studio once they are ready.

Can I keep my artwork at your studio for a longer period if I'm out of town?

Yes, we can accommodate that. We’ll keep your pieces here for a maximum of two months. After that, there will be an additional charge of AED 1 dirham for storage fees.

Would you accept toddlers while I'm attending the workshop?

Yes, you can bring your toddler to the studio, provided that there is someone available to take care of them during the workshop.

Pre-teens (4 yrs – 13 yrs)

1. Clay Provision Participants will be provided with 400 grams of clay included in the workshop fee. This amount is sufficient for creating small to medium-sized pottery items.


2. Additional Clay and Items Any additional clay required beyond the initial 400 grams will be chargeable at the studio's current rates. Preparation of additional items will cost AED 130 per item, which includes clay, tools, and firing.


3. Workshop Duration Each workshop session lasts for 1.5 hours. Participants are encouraged to arrive on time to make the most of their session.


4. Cancellation Policy Once the payment is received, we are unable to issue any refunds.
For single workshops, rescheduling is possible depending on the next available slots. Alternatively, you may request a credit voucher from the studio, valid for 6 months, which can be used for any future booking.
For events or group bookings, once the payment is made, the slot is considered confirmed and blocked. No refunds will be provided. Rescheduling is only possible based on availability and must be coordinated in advance.


5. Rescheduling Participants may request to reschedule their workshop session with at least 7 days’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability based on the studio’s schedule.
For short-notice changes (less than 7 days), please note that rescheduling is not guaranteed but may be considered depending on available slots or by issuing a 6-month credit voucher.


6. Specific Design Requests If participants have any specific designs in mind that may require advanced techniques, a separate day will need to be arranged. All our workshops are tailored for beginners, and teaching advanced-level techniques requires special attention and time, making it difficult to incorporate into regular workshops.


7. Acceptance of Terms By registering for the workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
